 CHECK-IN PROCEDURES
Check-in is anytime after 2:00pm on the day of your scheduled
arrival. We use a state-of-the art keyless entry system.
The combination will be E-mailed to you after full payment is
received and USUALLY within 7 d ays
of your arrival. Call us toll free at 1-800-290-6275 if anything
is out of order, of concern or that you feel is missing.
Once inside do a quick inventory check to make sure all the items
on the inventory list in the unit and in good working condition.
You are responsible for any lost, stolen or damage done while you
are there. Send us an e-mail or call us if anything is missing.
Next, don’t unpack. Kick off your shoes, head out the beach and
dip your toes into the ocean. It’s the best way to relax after a
long trip. Keep an eye out for the green flash at sunset and enjoy
your vacation.
CHECK- OUT PROCEDURES
Check-out time is 10:00am. No late check-out is permitted if
someone is checking in on your day of departure. A $250/hour
charge will be applied for all late check-outs. If the unit is
available on your departure day you may schedule a late check-out
of 12:00pm by checking with us in advance.

A large trash container is located in the small garage area for your use.

Pick-up days are
Monday and Thursday so please roll the container out of the small garage
door to the alley on those days.

Additional cleaning days are available at your expense.

Upon departure shut the garage door, lock the front sliding door and turn
out the lights, turn off fans and heat/air conditioning as you leave.
