No we do not allow pets of any kind at the properties as we have guests that have allergies and we cannot allow hair or allergy causing agents to be present at the homes.
No we do not provide personal hygiene products. We supply toilet paper and a roll of paper towels.
Cell towers are non existent to the West as its the Ocean so Yes cell phones Do Not work as well as inland. Some of our properties have free local and long distance.
We don't go house to house counting guests but prefer you don't overload the properties for more than they are designed for. Babies and small children are of course exceptions but we make every effort to have a comfortable environment for all our guests in a non overcrowded experience.
Houses #1 and #2 each have a single garage. Chadwick has a 2 car garage and the Breakers has a single car outside parking space in front of the unit. There is additional parking on Mission Boulevard and Mission Bay Drive that can accommodate long or short term parking. There are surface lots that are for short term parking and overnight parking as well so be sure to read the posted signs to avoid your vehicle from being towed. Mine has been towed and its not cheap to recover it.
The house has been cleaned when you arrive and is cleaned when you depart. Houses #1 , #2 and Breakers have the cleaning included in the rate. The Chadwick has a mandatory cleaning fee of $225 per reservation. If you need extra or additional cleaning you can engage the services of our maids at your own additional expense. Your cleaning the house unfortunately does not save you money as our maids are already scheduled and paid. Excessive debris , filth or untidiness will cost you additional if its considered negligent, abusive, destructive or malicious behavior.
Check out is 10 a.m. sharp and Check in is 3 p.m. Depending on the maids workload and amount of maids in her crew she generally needs all that time to clean the entire place with laundry, bathrooms, patios, etc. Late check outs will be charged at $250 an hour and are only allowed with prior approval. Otherwise expect to be hurried out by the cleaning staff if you are lingering. We all expect the "Ultimate" experience so please be considerate of the arriving guests and give the maid the necessary time to do her job.

There are several stores walking distance from the beach house but there's a Ralph's Supermarket to the North on Mission Blvd. about a mile a way. Using your Ralph's Card gets you a good discount or you can enter the phone number 858-539-0079 and use our account for the discount.
They close at 2 am but usually start closing up and stop serving around 1:30 am.
Although laws can change at any time the law as of April 29, 2010 does not allow alcohol, cigarettes or glass bottles on the boardwalk or on the beach. We do NOT allow SMOKING in any of our properties.
While San Diego and the beach have the best weather in the Nation, we have no way of knowing what the exact weather in the future might be. 99% of the time its beautiful though.
By insurance regulations we are not allowed to provide water or beach toys or bicycles, skateboards etc. as we have no idea who would be using them or their level of experience on them. If they are hurt we then would be liable unless release forms were signed by every person using them and we had instructed them on how to use the device and had a release from liability.
All of our homes have towels , bedding, pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, glasses and flatware. Houses 1 and 2 have natural gas grilles. The patio furniture and towels of the property are NOT to be taken off the property or used on the beach. We do NOT provide Beach Towels. Bring your own.
